Bagby Elementary School is a Cambrian District public school that services approximately 500 students from TK through 5th grade in San Jose. This year, help us show love to the school's community of students and faculty members by refreshing the office building and beautifying the garden area.

Calabazas Park is maintained by the City of San Jose that offers a wide selection of recreational activities such as a BMX track, basketball court, sand volleyball court, softball field, horseshoe pits, tennis courts. This neighborhood park creates a warm and safe environment for members of the community to gather. This project will involve re-landscaping designated areas throughout the park and refreshing the horseshoe pits.

Canyon Creek Park is an important space that helps people connect with nature, spend time outdoors, and facilitate community building. By joining this project, you can help preserve and enhance the park—and bless the community that uses this space—through mulching, repainting fencing, and refreshing the pergola area.

Good Karma Bikes is a nonprofit second-hand bike shop that provides safe and reliable bike transportation for youth, low-income families, people experiencing homelessness, those in recovery and refugees. Join us to transform Good Karma Bikes storage facility from a high-density "lean-to" storage environment into an organized, accessible, and efficient inventory system that will better serve the community. Through this project, we hope to improve volunteer safety, speed up the repair pipeline, and revitalize the surrounding outdoor workspace.

Since opening its doors in 1961, Happy Hollow Park & Zoo has been dedicated to connecting generations of visitors young and old to nature and wildlife through play. This zoo and amusement park falls under a division of the City of San Jose, Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services Department and prioritizes the promotion of sustainability and protection of wildlife and natural habitats. Through this project, you can help revitalize and re-landscape Monarch Meadows, an area near the entrance of the park.

Hope Horizon EPA is a community youth development organization that equips youth in East Palo Alto to grow spiritually, gain life skills, and develop as leaders. They provide mentorship, academic support, and spiritual formation. As a volunteer, you can help us improve gathering spaces for students and staff. This year, we will be upgrading and re-landscaping the outdoor recreational areas and meeting spaces so that students can exercise, have fun, and flourish.

International Justice Mission (IJM) is a global organization that protects people in poverty from violence by working to rescue and restore victims, hold perpetrators accountable, strengthen public justice systems and scale the demand for sustainable protection. Love Never Fails is dedicated to restoring, educating, and protecting survivors of human trafficking and their community. The nonprofit provides critical services such as safe housing, education, and access to sustainable careers. At this family-friendly event, you will learn more about the history and context of human trafficking along with what is being done to combat it, write encouraging notes to survivors and letters to members of Congress on pending legislation, and assemble toiletry kits for local street outreaches.

Join us by packing nutritious meal kits that will be distributed overseas to the communities served by Kids Around the World.

The Reentry Resource Center provides services and support to help currently and formerly incarcerated Santa Clara County residents create happy, healthy, and productive lives and to successfully re-establish themselves in the community. Come support this critical work by repairing the main courtyard and building new picnic tables for the San Jose facilities.

This Beautiful Day, join us as we roll up our sleeves and make some large upgrades to the San Jose Police Department Community Offices. This work will involve a variety of renovation projects in main common spaces, offices, conference rooms, kitchen, and bathroom areas. Help us to transform the facility into a welcoming, safe space that will bless both staff and community members.
